1984年，劉若瑀當時離開臺灣到美國加州，向波蘭劇場大師葛羅托斯基（Jerzy GROTOWSKI）學習表演，在一座牧場中她與其他來自各地的表演者日以繼夜地訓練。劉若瑀回到臺灣，於1988年創辦了「優劇場」，帶領一群人一同經歷「溯」計畫，藉由拜訪各地老師傅，向他們學習傳統技藝：太極、車鼓、高蹺、道士等，透過不斷地身體訓練，尋找著屬於東方人的表演方式。
　　1994年轉變為「優人神鼓」，透過靜坐、擊鼓與武術建立出優人的訓練與表演方法，從外在的形式，轉為内在的追求。1998年，優人神鼓以《聽海之心》在法國亞維儂藝術節演出，一舉登上世界舞台。
　　如今優人神鼓走過三十年，下一步優人將會走向何方？

　　在本片中，《豪斯医生》主演休•劳瑞将脱下白大褂，换上村夫装。带领您一同前往美国新奥尔良，领略这座城市的魅力，聆听最原汁原味的蓝调音乐。他边弹边唱（你没听错，房子叔私下是位灰常有前途的蓝调歌手），将蓝调历史上的趣事信手捏来，抒发对这座城市和蓝调音乐由来已久的仰慕之情。可以说《休•劳瑞的蓝调之旅》不但是一部很好的蓝调知识启蒙素材，也是一场蓝调音乐盛宴。
　　片中休•劳瑞的新奥尔良试听会现场为2012年首次公开，之前只有少部分音乐评论人/记者有幸一睹。试听会曲目收于专辑《Let Them Talk(风言风语)》中，此专辑于2011年发行，旋即占据蓝调排行榜第一名，在流行榜上也有不俗表现，可以算是一张成功的专辑。专业评论界总的说赞扬声居多，但也有人质疑其唱功(vocalability)和感染力(delivery)。但不管怎么说，休•劳瑞是一位真正的音乐家、爱乐者，而绝不是哗众取宠之流。

　　南非著名导演Jamie Uys的这部纪录片由西至东介绍了纳米比亚沙漠中的红白沙漠、绿洲与卡里哈利沙漠中的动物居民。导演以愉悦的心情、平等的心态展示了狒狒家族的沙上杂技、被未婚妻强迫返工的织布鸟小伙子、吃下了腐烂发酵果实导致醉酒的动物们……同时亦有严酷干旱季节中自然淘汰的伤感段落——鹈鹕父母们不得不抛弃尚未学会飞翔的子女，龟裂的地面上留下一行行干瘪的幼小身体……电影自始至终有巧妙配合交响乐的动物行为剪辑，或灵动或诙谐，辅以动画等手段将非洲沙漠的动物天堂一面介绍给喜爱动物的观众们。
　　本片获1975年金球奖最佳纪录片奖。

　　‘His music floats around you, enters your lungs, and suddenly you’re breathing through the songs.’ The Oscar-winning director Alex Gibney is speaking about Paul Simon, whom he has been given exclusive access to while the 82-year-old musician is recording his latest album, ‘Seven Psalms’. Through a goldmine of photographs, interviews and never-before-seen footage, Gibney unravels the many iconic moments, from Simon Garfunkel’s early days to their reunion concert in front of 750,000 people in Central Park. ‘In Restless Dreams’ is the portrait of Paul Simon he has always deserved. We will screen the film once during CPH:DOX and transform the Bremen Theatre into Rufaro Stadium in Zimbabwe in 1986, when both the film and Simon’s career culminate in an unforgettable concert.
