世世代代都靠养蜂业维持的苏玛斯市出现了杀人蜂，哈利斯和勒里向人们发出了警告，但是市民和农民却抱着怀疑的态度，不愿意支持他们的工作。蜂群大举袭击了村民之后，人们终于清醒了，勒里猜度杀人蜂是在寻找栖息的地方，而杀人蜂确实是在寻找栖息之地，它们占据了展览厅，很多人包括哈利斯的家人都被困在其中。哈利斯和勒里能否把人们求出生天呢？
