　　故事发生在位于科罗拉多州的博尔德市，裴森（阿伊拉·科尔 Ayla Kell 饰）、劳伦（卡茜·瑟波 Cassie Scerbo 饰）和凯丽（妮可·盖尔·安德森 Nicole Gale Anderson 饰）是岩石体操馆的三名种子选手，这间训练馆向体操界输送了许多冉冉升起的明星队员，而这三位姑娘是团队中的佼佼者，极有可能获得参加全国大赛的资格。
