After several mysterious accidents, A Live Action Role Playing game is interrupted and the players leave the bunker while the staff remains behind to investigate the disappearance of Greg, the mastermind of the game.

　　A young woman enlists in an underground game of pain endurance in the hope of winning the million dollar prize. She soon learns the real opponent is the man who's running the game, as he employs horrific methods to manipulate and defeat her.

　　在某个小镇，女孩子中间流行着一种奇怪的占卜方式。她们站在十字路口的交汇处，用书包挡住脸，拦下第一个经过这里的路人，请路人说出女孩恋爱成功与否。高中女生深田绿（后藤理沙 饰）和母亲在十年后重新搬回这座小镇，并结识了田中铃枝这个好朋友。在此期间，她还重逢童年的玩伴柴山龙介（松田龙平 饰）。她们所在的班级有一个帅气的男孩名叫光太郎，包括铃枝在内的多个女生都对他心有所属。有些女孩便会去十字路口占卜自己和光太郎的姻缘。然而，这个占卜游戏却有其恐怖的一面，据说有的女孩会在占卜时遇到一个穿着黑色衣服的美少年，他的占词全部为凶，受到打击的女孩便会自杀身亡。相关的死者越来越多，小镇成为一个受诅咒的所在……

　　张紫蕾（翁虹 饰）是一名舞蹈演员，非常热爱舞蹈事业的她将大部分的时间都投入其中，自然而然的忽略了男友弗兰克（尹扬明 饰），感到空虚寂寞的弗兰克和舞蹈团的另一名舞者克莱尔（钟淑慧 饰）勾搭到了一起。克莱尔一直催促弗兰克和张紫蕾分手，但为了不影响张紫蕾马上要开始的演出，弗兰 克答应克莱尔等到演出一结束就告诉女友全部的真相。
