职业漫画家秦瑞霖因性格不合，与前女友顾芳萍无奈分手。顾芳萍所收养的宠物猫咪点点留给了秦瑞霖。秦瑞霖难以割舍前缘，猫咪点点是他寄托对顾芳萍相思的精神支撑，直到有一天，因为点点生病，秦瑞霖邂逅了宠物诊所医师崔小雅，从此，他和点点的生命开启了新篇章。

老顾（顾宝明 饰）率领警察捣毁一个贼窝，唯一跳窗逃走的女孩淑安腿骨折断，被路过的男孩小强送去医院。 　　淑安返家后，被母亲关在家中，无聊时四处打电话恶作剧，其中一个电话打给了一个叫周郁芳（缪骞人 饰）的女人，她假冒是周的丈夫在外面的女友，怀孕了要她出来谈判。周郁芬嫁给李立中（李立群 饰）已经有七年，丈夫是个安分守己的男人，在一家医院工作。结婚后她辞了工作，在家写作。匿名电话深深刺激了周郁芬，她对生活失去信心，而旧情人沈维彬（金士杰 饰）的出现也给了她希望，于是她暂时离开李立中，小说也获了奖。 　　分居使得李立中十分苦恼，后来他得知妻子离去只是因为一个电话，急于解释但并不奏效，最后铤而走险……

An irresponsible man is forced by his father to take care of an ailing teanager.

　　在宇都宫市的城郊结合处，农村青年和田满夫（永島敏行 饰）和家人生活于此。随着城市化的推进，居住在农村的人们对都市的繁华充满憧憬，早已抛却旧有的质朴。满夫的父亲（ケーシー高峰 饰）离家出走，与一酒女长期厮混；兄长哲夫（森本レオ 饰）远赴东京，过起了白领的时尚生活。满夫则固守乡土，耕种着祖祖辈辈赖以生存的土地。平日里靠种植大棚西红柿营生，日子平淡倒也殷实。所谓儿女是父母的挂念，老母亲开始为老儿子张罗婚事，在加油站工作的花村绫子（石田えり 饰）便这样走入满夫的视线。不久，父亲为帮老友竞选回归家庭，满夫和绫子、好友、酒女间也纠葛不断，平淡的生活骤起波澜……

　　Alaska Rose has had a difficult few years since her mom left the family four years prior; acting out, rebelling against her single dad, Conner, getting into trouble in school and worse. In lieu of a jail sentence, Alaska is ordered to do community service in an assisted living facility where she is assigned to Mrs. Foster, an elderly resident who is unapproachable at best and hostile at her worst. Will Mrs. Foster be Alaska's undoing or will she simply be another obstacle on the road to the headstrong girl's freedom? As Alaska tries to minimally fulfill her court obligation and dodge actual jail time, she deals with peer pressure, static from her family, outside influences and demons from her past. Can she navigate the tumult and re-discover a relationship with God and her family or will she remain caught in the cycle of bad choices and lose what little of either is left?
